Microstockhelper Studios

A cyclorama or infinity wall is quite common in a lot of photography studios. The curved wall creates a  seamless background and makes for a perfect studio shooting environment. That is why I decided to build one in my new Cape Town Photographic Studio. I have documented our progress and below you can see how we went about it and what we used to build with.

Materials:

A short hello before I get on to some more detailed blog posts

It has been a while since I have had a chance to do any blogging or updates, but those days are behind me!

the last few months in short…

March – shooting before moving to CPT

April – Move to CPT (I am not new to this, see some previous posts about moving country and shifting back)

April – May – Find suitable premises for studio and living

May – June finalise contracts with landlord and organise stuff for home

June – July – move in and set up shop / home … finally have internet connection again after 3 months without.

July onwards, build infinity curve and start shooting in CPT.

It has been a fun journey moving cities again, but now ready to knuckle down and start producing some awesome work out of our Cape Town Studio!

watch this space for more updates and some backdated blog posts that need to be posted.
